Emily grew up in Ohio, but moved to Chicago to attend Depaul University and has decided to never leave the city; loving the diversity, public transportation, and the amount of small owned coffee shops and book stores. She received a bachelors degree in psychology with a double minor in studio art and sociology. After graduating she spent a few years teaching high school, but ultimately missed working with younger kiddos. Emily has been working with kids since she was one herself, whether it be babysitting, working in a preschool, or helping take care of her younger brother. She is so excited to be at Bubbles, and loves the arts integrated approach. In her free time, Emily loves to read books that take her on adventures and take her dog, Tallulah, on walks by the lake.
